Any figure shown on this website — including the cost calculator — is an indicative estimate, not a quotation. A binding quotation is issued only in writing, after a site visit, and is itemised so you can see what each element costs.
Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material prices can move, and we would rather re-quote than absorb a change quietly.
The scope agreed in your written quotation is the scope we deliver. Anything added afterwards is quoted separately and agreed before it is carried out.
Civil work, plumbing changes and electrical rewiring are quoted separately unless your quotation explicitly includes them.
Payments are staged against progress, with the schedule set out in your quotation. We do not ask for full payment upfront.
All invoices are GST-compliant and issued in the name of the registered business.
Project timelines are estimates made in good faith based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by design changes, delayed approvals, site access, or supply disruption will move the completion date, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Our workmanship warranty covers what we manufacture and install, on the terms stated in your quotation. It does not cover damage from misuse, water ingress, structural movement, or work carried out by others.
Appliances and third-party products carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we will hand over to you at completion.
