Our process
Five clear stages, from the first phone call to the day you move back in.
Every project runs through the same five stages, so you always know what happens next.
We sit down with you — at our office or your home — to understand how you live, what you need, and what you'd like to spend. No drawings yet, just questions.
You get: A shared brief and a realistic budget range
Our team visits the space, takes exact measurements, and checks the practical realities — plumbing, electricals, light, ventilation, and what the structure will allow.
You get: Measured site drawings and a feasibility note
You get layouts, material and finish options, and an itemised quotation. We revise together until the design and the number both feel right — before any work begins.
You get: Layouts, 3D views, and a line-by-line quote
Furniture and joinery are built in our own workshop while site work runs in parallel. You get regular progress updates, and a single point of contact for anything you need.
You get: Weekly progress updates and site supervision
We walk the finished space with you and fix anything on your list before we call it done. Then we hand over the keys, the warranty, and care instructions for your finishes.
You get: Snag-free handover with written warranty
The parts of the process we don't change, whatever the project size.
You see what each element costs before work starts — no lump sums, no mid-project surprises.
We quote timelines we've actually planned for, and tell you early if anything is likely to shift.
The same person stays with your project throughout, so you're never re-explaining it to someone new.
Our workmanship warranty and our phone number both still apply once the project is finished.
Wardrobes, doors, and furniture are made in-house — so quality, cost, and timelines stay in our hands, not a contractor's.
We clear up as we go and keep the rest of your home usable, because most of our clients are still living in theirs.
Book a consultation and we'll take it from there — no obligation, no pressure.
